Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) was created by Yamuna Zake. YBR is a non-impact technique that utilizes your own body weight sinking into a specialized ball to create traction and elongate muscles from origin to insertion.
The result in the body is a deep release that releases muscles, corrects body alignment, and helps maintain toned muscles.
Each person can learn individual techniques that you can learn to do for yourself. YBR gives you the power to help yourself gain these benefits on your own.
